GENERAL RULES
1. Propspamming is a permanent ban
2. Hacking is a permanent ban
3. Propkill is bannable after a given warning.
4. RDM is punishable on a case by case basis.
5. NLR is also punishable on a case by case basis, wait 4 minutes before returning to your place of death.
6. Begging for ranks is annoying, please refrain from doing it.
7. No raiding while someone is building.
8. RDA is punishable on a case by case basis.
9. Self supply is a demote. Continuing to do this will result in a kick.
10. Propblock is a warning, continuing to do it after a warning is a kick.
11. Use common sense, if you think something is against the rules, it quite possibly is, so don't do it.
12. Terrorist Leader must wait 10 minutes in between bombings and must /advert TERROR ACT.
13. Knfr is a faggit.
14. NO T-BOMBING NEAR SPAWN
15. Do not meta game.
16. Terrorist Leader can terror alone, but normal terrorists cannot.
17. Terrors don't mean you can RDM everyone in the server, just jihad the area and kill everyone that's close.
18. Peace Keepers and Legionaries cannot KOS one another, they can kill each other on sight if one of them is in the other's base.
19. Do not mug for more than 1,000.
20. You have to wait 5 mins every time you mug someone
21. Advert raid before raiding.
22. Do not terror the same person/place after your last terror.
23. Gun dealers CAN base but must sell to EVERYONE, same with BMD, but they don't have to sell to police.
24. Medics are allowed to team up with gangs but can't raid, they can ONLY heal their gang.
25. Self supply (going GD or BMD, buying guns and going back) will result in a kick
26. Hobos can sing for money, but don't micspam.
27. Hobos can only build in the street and may not own doors.
28. Hobos can not build a huge fortress! As it is very annoying.
ADMIN RULES
1. Do not spawn weapons if you are RP'ing, DO NOT GIVE THEM TO PLAYERS.
2. Noclip as an RP class will result in punishment.
3. As a trial mod you must wait 2 weeks for regular mod. (Unless told by and admin you can move up.)
4. Just because you pay for admin doesn't mean we wont demote you if you do something bad.
5. Do not use your power as an RP class unless someone is minging/anything of the such.
6. Do NOT punish anyone of the same/higher rank, this includes physgunning.
7. As a super admin, please do not set your own rank to be higher, and do not make new ranks, you will be punished!
8. Use common sense while punishing people.
9. Follow the normal rules as well, just because your an admin, doesn't mean your immune.
10. Do not give your money to other players, because it gives an unfair advantage.
11. Always respect the owner or face a punishment!
12. Always listen to higher ranks. They have more power over you!
BASE RULES

2. Do not fading door abuse (using your keyboard to open a fading door)
3. Skybases are illegal
4. You can not make an entrance requiring someone to crouch or climb.
5. You can only have 3 keypads, and an extra for a safe/vault for ye' loot.
6. No invisible props/cameras
7. Like all rules, use common sense.
8. When you make your base, do try to make make it look bad and or have really annoying flashing materials/colors. IT WILL BE REMOVED!
9. No building you bases in the PD
10. No building your bases on the street.
11. Do not make your base take up a large area of the map.
12. One way props ARE aloud
